Course Description:
Explore compassionate end-of-life care practices in our online course. Learn to support patients and families through the various stages of death and dying.
Prerequisites: None
Who should take the course? Certified nurse aides (CNA), patient care technicians (PCT), certified medication assistants (CMA), licensed health aides (LHA), health assistants, medical assistants, nurses, pre-nursing students, direct care workers, caregivers, care providers, and anyone eager to learn more about delivering end-of-life care.
Course Structure: Online:
- One online presentation, approximately 2.5 hours to complete
- 25-question final exam, approximately 30 minutes to complete
- 3 Continuing Education (CE) Credits upon course completion; certificate provided
