Test Vendor Changes

This month we report test vendor changes for three states: California, Massachusetts, and Nevada.

California

We are now live for all three nurse aide test vendors in California: Credentia, Prometric, and Headmaster (D&S Diversified Technologies)

This means our content aligns with the candidate handbook for each of the three test vendors. Contact us for free trials at support@facetshc.com

Massachusetts

Massachusetts is phasing out of Prometric and changing to Headmaster effective this month. Our skill videos are under development for Massachusetts Headmaster. In the meantime, our knowledge test bank and many other resources apply to the new test vendor. Headmaster will be hosting a virtual information session on September 8th, 2022 about the change - for more information click here.

Nevada

Nevada will change nurse aide test vendors from Headmaster to Credentia in January 2023. Don't stress! FACETS Healthcare Training aligns with Credentia. If you have a current subscription, we will provide access to Credentia before the switch at no cost so you may prepare for the new test changes.
